New Mod Introduction

littleblackdressexThis year Asymptotical will be taking over the exchange! I'm looking forward to moderating the exchange for y'all! We're slightly late this year, but next year should be back to the more typical schedule!
Everything should be mostly the same, but new mod means a few changes! The changes are:
Frontend Changes:
- Nonbinary has been split out from "Other". The signup form will be adjusted accordingly so that all relationship types can still be requested for a single request.
- Required number of offered fandoms has been lowered to 1.
- "Any" will no longer be checkable in offers, but the number of tags that can be offered per offer will be raised to max.
- You will be able to request below the required minimum, with the normal minimums being required to guarantee your gift but not to sign up.
Backend Changes:
- The collection will be moderated.
Officially nominations will open this weekend, however the tagset is open now and I'll be accepting things through the week. I'll also be accepting late nominations during signups.
