Hi, this is absolutely fine! You're free to DNW noncon (with or without exceptions) for LBDEx, just as you would with any other exchange. You can phrase it like "DNW: Noncon for Bob/female ships (noncon between Bob and Alice is okay)" or however you think is clearest. It's definitely not boxing in to DNW noncon.
