Hi, thank you for querying this. After reflecting on general fandom convention, I've decided bestiality is opt-in, while interspecies relationships (e.g. orcs, elves, Vulcans, etc.) is opt-out. You can DNW either without it contributing to your 3 NOTP DNW limit, but to go with your example, you wouldn't need to DNW Charlie Brown/Snoopy (while you would, for example, need to DNW Kirk/Spock, or you could alternatively DNW Vulcan ships).
