Sometimes AO3 won't show all of the tags from the tagset in the autocomplete (iirc it happens when something is synned to a canonical), but you'll still be able to sign up if you enter the tag manually! Try copy pasting it directly from the tagset into the form, if that doesn't work let me know and I'll change the tagset tag.
