Not my nomination. But I can give info about it. Final Fantasy VII Remake has notable divergences from the original and official word has gone back and forth about if it is part of the Compilation, if it's going to diverge further, if it's going to remain relatively the same in future games.
All of those characters listed do appear in Final Fantasy VII Remake, though for Remake Jessie should be Jessie Rasberry. https://finalfantasy.fandom.com/wiki/Jessie_Rasberry AO3 hasn't changed their tags yet to reflect her having a canon last name.
Andrea Rhodea and Madame M only appear in Final Fantasy VII Remake. So depending on your status as mods they might or might not also go in the Compilation.
